
Nicole Muller is a child and adolescent psychotherapist and family therapist at Centrum Hecht Opleidingen in Holland, a specialist centre for training of professionals and treatment centre of children, youth and their families, specialized in attachment and trauma disorders. She is a MBT trainer and supervisor for children, adolescents, and families, and provides trainings and supervision in Dutch and English internationally.
Her current clinical work focus is on the development and adjustments of mentalization-based interventions in the context of developmental trauma and working with families and parents with own psychopathology in families with intergenerational trauma.
Nicole Muller is co-author of Mentalization-Based Treatment with Children: A Time-Limited Approach (APA, 2017), and one of the coeditors of Mentalization-Based Treatment for Developmental Trauma (Routledge 2025).
